All products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for manufacturing plus transit time. Typical delivery time is 2-5 days within Germany, 4-8 days to Europe and 8-14 days to the rest of the world.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on package size and your location. All packages ship via DHL GoGreen and are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Taxes and Duties
Sales Tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. Shipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional charges like duties and taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to KATHRIN HEUBECK at the customers expense. The customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
