A responsibility to our environment guides the selection of the materials used in our bags. All leathers come from regional tanneries that employ the highest environmental standards and have been awarded and certified for their sustainable approach. Instead of chrome and other harmful chemicals, renewable vegetable agents such as rhubarb and olive leaves are applied in the leather tanning process. Unlike conventionally produced leather that is often coated with polyurethane in order to hide irregularities, the surface of eco leather remains natural and breathable, giving it a subtly luxurious quality that complements the pure and elegant designs of our products perfectly.
