Vegetable-tanned natural leather is leather tanned with plant-based tanning agents only. It is 100% chrome-free and is not covered with synthetic coatings, so the natural surface remains natural and develops a nice patina over time.
We use natural leather because it is durable, repairable and ages beautifully. With use, light and touch, the material develops a unique patina instead of looking worn out quickly.
We work with natural, long-lasting materials and produce in small quantities. Our focus is on quality, careful craftsmanship and pieces that are made to be used for many years.
Natural leather is easy to care for. Light marks can be gently removed with a soft wet cloth. We are happy to advise you in the studio on how to care for your specific piece.
